What I Do
I’m a passionate early childhood educator, founder of wunderwitzig, and advocate for joyful, mindful learning in Early Childhood Education settings. I explore how education can truly benefit both children and adults, combining research-based Positive Pedagogy with practical tools that make reflection, collaboration, and growth enjoyable.
Early Education & Positive Pedagogy
I combine Happy Education with Positive Pedagogy to create environments where children feel safe, valued, and able to grow. My focus is on fostering strengths, self-efficacy, and joyful learning experiences for every child.
Supporting Educators in ECE settings
I help Kita teams and early childhood professionals feel supported, inspired, and confident. Through reflection tools, workshops, and resources, I create space for educators to develop, collaborate, and thrive.
Reflection & Tools for Practice
I design practical, playful tools like the comic book Nursery News, "Stadt-Land-Fluss" games, and poster sets that encourage reflection and discussion, and enable a change of perspective in everyday work. They make complex topics accessible and actionable.
Advocacy & Knowledge Sharing
I share research-based insights from psychology, pedagogy, philosophy, and neurobiology through talks, articles, and my German and English podcast. My goal is to raise awareness about adultism, mindful interactions, and creating joyful, respectful learning spaces.
